When does the delivery timeline start?

The delivery timeline begins only after all required materials are received, including all selected footage, scripts, branding elements, and clear written instructions. If something is missing or incomplete, the delivery timeline does not start.

Where do we communicate?

All communication is strictly by email. This ensures clear, organized instructions, no missing messages, documented feedback, and smooth revision workflow. Email-only communication is required for all projects.

What type of footage should I send?

Package 1 requires only the clips you want included. Package 2 allows up to 1 hour of footage. Package 3 allows up to 2 hours of footage. If you send more than your package allows, a Footage Review Fee applies ($35/hour).

How does the voiceover service work?

You provide your narration script, and I convert it into a high-quality AI voiceover in any language supported by 11Labs, including English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Turkish, Hindi, and more. You may also send your own recorded voiceover. Voiceover is included in Packages 2 and 3.

How many revisions are included?

Package 1 includes 1 strict revision. Package 2 includes 1-2 revisions. Package 3 includes 2 strict revisions. Extra revisions are available for an additional fee.

Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes — only in Package 3. Rush fees range from $80 to $250 depending on urgency. Rush service is subject to availability.

What is NOT included in any package?

Not included: Filming, travel to locations, copyrighted music, hiring actors or models, custom 3D animation, full brand kit creation, or re-shooting guidance beyond script writing.

Do you offer discounts for multiple videos?

Yes — discounts are available for 4+ videos per month, ongoing travel agency partnerships, and long-term clients. Discounts depend on total workload and consistency.
